The service good and the chimney cake was good. The waffles was just ok. It does not have the authenticity of a real belgian water which dhould have some chewy texture. But this was too cake like. The staff was nice.

Matcha latte délicieux, idem pour le cinnamon roll et le croissant à la pistache, une ambiance tranquille et calme, avec une décoration sympa qui fait du bien au centre d'amsterdam !

Excellent petit-déjeuner ! Le Chai latte était top et les viennoiseries sont superbes ! Nous recommandons fortement ce kafé 😄

Nice atmosphere and friendly people

Excellent place for coffee and pastries. I got the cinnamon and sugar chimney cake with chocolate ice cream and though not bad, I should’ve gotten the vanilla ice cream as the barista/staff initially suggested. Might be cause of the contrasting flavors but the chocolate muted the cinnamon a bit. Iced latte’s wonderful! Food and drinks are reasonably priced, service is lovely and place is quite a comfort away from the crowds and bustle of tourists outside

Das Café ist sehr einladend. Es ist klein und nicht zu groß. Es kommt ein gemütlicher Flair auf. Das Café scheint sehr auf Nachhaltigkeit zu setzen. Dies hatte jedoch zur Folge, dass bereits um 16 Uhr ein Großteil der Karte nicht mehr vorhanden war. Die gegessenen Speisen waren lecker, aber auch nichts besonderes. Der Service hingegen war sehr zuvorkommend.

Klassische Cafés sind in Amsterdam ja eher dünn gesät von daher bin ich auf der Suche nach einem solchen im Chimney Café Café gelandet. Es verströmt eine recht urige Atmosphäre und bietet eine doch recht große Kuchenauswahl. Diese sind dann zwar eher durchschnittlich aber für den Preis okay. Und die Bedienung ist zudem sehr freundlich.

We were looking for a local neighborhood cafe for our last “ meal” in Amsterdam when we came across the charming Chimney Cake Cafe. We liked the ambiance and enjoyed our cappuccinos and croissants.

Magnifique ! La dame était très gentille, patiente et très à l’écoute. Nous sommes pas trop doués avec l’anglais mais elle était adorable avec nous, je n’hésiterais pas à revenir 🤗

Very nice cafe with friendly staff. Coffee was nice unfortunately not hot enough, it was crowded may be due to that :). The food was nice though

Delicious coffee, great sandwiches and even better orange juice! I ordered the Focaccia which was cooked perfectly and the Cappuccino was one of the best I've had. The orange juice was really fresh and sweet. The service was great, thank you Kate!! Lovely place to study but slightly cold.

The place is open from 7 a.m. very good place for freshly made breakfast, this is the second chain of bakery cafes that I visited in Amsterdam. Each of them delights the same, and the fresh smell of baking knocks you off your feet. Top class coffee ! 👌🏼

Quaint little cafe, friendly staff,lovely cappuccino. Had cappuccino to go from it past 3 mornings (25,26, and 27th Dec 24) it was that good. Young girl that was serving was more than pleasant even at that time of the morning. Highly recommend. Being on a diet I didn't try and of the baked goods but everything looked unreal. Will be having the cannolis next time. Big selection of them 🤤

A very cosy cafe, i really recommend the focaccia caprese. Very good. The staff is very nice. They have a very large sortiment of baked goods.

This is a pleasant, quaint cafe / coffee shop. The staff are friendly, the cakes / pastries on offer are plentiful and look very appetising (unfortunately I had just eaten, so had no room to taste). There is a good selection of drink choices - I chose a large mocha, which was smooth with just right combination of coffee / chocolate. Background music adds to the character of this place. Pop in for a coffee break, you won't regret it.

Small and cute Café with nice service and great cakes/pastries. For me personally a comfortable atmosphere and located in central Amsterdam in a small alley. I tried the classic cinnamon bun. Definitely a recommendation for a quick cake pause 😊

Great cakes and coffee!

We had a Chimney Cake at a different location in Amsterdam the last time we visited, but this was the closest to the Amsterdam Centraal train station. We got the pistachio chimney cake, ham and cheese croissant, iced vanilla latte, and iced hazelnut latte, which was all great. The staff is very friendly, the cafe was very clean, and the atmosphere is great, and the chimney cake is just as good as we remembered! Thank you for the great experience, again!

This cafe was a delightful experience! They have a wide variety of delicious cakes and sandwiches to choose from, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. It was a rainy and cold day, so we had to wait a bit for seating, but once inside, the atmosphere was very cozy and comforting. A perfect place to warm up with great company and treats! 🍰☕️🌧️

What a lovely shop! We were looking for a place to eat whilst on a cruise stop in Amsterdam and there is no better place for an entire family to sit for half an hour or so. We ordered a variety of foods from chimney cakes, sandwiches and coffees. All of them received glowing reviews from family members. The young staff are brilliant and helpful and even gave us advice on where to go. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. Big round of applause- loved every second

Comment from a Hungarian on your chimney cake 🙂It was a lovely experience that we could have a chimney cake in Amsterdam, thank you for that! The dough was fluffy, absolutely perfect! The cinemon was too much though, you should add way, way less cinemon to your sugar, because it made the cake bitter. Also I found it a little pricey, but understandable, it was the center of Amsterdam. Otherwise it was perfect as is!

Place is really amazing. There coffee is to die for. It’s hard to find a good cup of coffee this central of Amsterdam. Decided to try their mocha and it didn’t disappoint. Staff is friendly. And if more friendly if you’re nice to them

We came here randomly because we needed coffee in the evening quickly, the coffee was nice, the waitress was very kind and the stroopwafel was awesome as well. The waitress immediately understood when I asked for an extra espresso in my cappucino, thanks again, it kept me up for the late night drive 🙂

I stopped in this spot for a cappuccino and croissant. I enjoyed it so much I stayed for a while to admire the interior decor and lovely atmosphere. You feel like your in a mom and pop cafe. Very cozy. The baked goods all looked and smelled delicious. I will go here again.
